Designed by acclaimed Danish architect, Hans Olsen, in the 1950s, 'The Orange' is an elegant and chic lounge chair. It is one of the earliest known shell chairs, acquiring its playful title due the back and seat, which are reminiscent of an orange peel. The chair is available here in its stripped back un-upholstered form, a simplistic, quintessentially Scandinavian design that will draw the eye wherever it is placed in the home. The chair is also available in an upholstered version.
